You may book Group sessions or a Solo-session by selecting a "Book Now" button on this site. You will have access to calendar availability, service descriptions, and price list. Once your therapist confirms your appointment, they will email your session invoice to be pre-paid before your service. Our customized sessions deliver treatment-specific needs at each session.

Neuromuscular Therapy treatment reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and increase range of motion. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who are experiencing specific muscle overload from activity or injury.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away stress and muscle tension while increasing blood circulation. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Stone Therapy is often paired with Swedish Massage. Hot, cold, or salt stones soothe muscle tension while modifying muscle blood circulation and inflammation.
Cupping is an additional tool that is used during Deep tissue massage or Neuromuscular therapy. Cupping uses suction to loosen muscles and increase blood circulation. Cupping allows your body to release toxins, and mobilize stagnant blood or lymph in specific areas.
Stretching is a technique that can be incorporated into any session. Most stretching techniques are done on the massage table. However, extensive Thai-style stretching may utilize a floor mat. Stretching allows your body to release muscle tension and it improves your range of motion.
