Solo Sessions
Each client will receive a customized massage table session created from multiple techniques, tools, and therapy modalities at a time-based rate. A session may include massages of varied levels of pressure, Stone Massage (Thermal, Cryotherapy/, or Halotherapy stone ), Aromatherapy (various custom blends), Cupping, Stretching, and Neuromuscular therapy. (Session preferences are selected during your booking . Prices reflect 4 hr minimum mobile visits and TrueHealth Center on-site visits.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) - 30 minutes - Available in 6 Session Pkgs

An NMT Treatment session uses techniques to relieve pain in specific muscles. This treatment may also include Cupping, Gua Sha, and specific stretches. NMT is offered at our location within the TruHealth Wellness Center in Huntersville, NC
