What is the cancellation policy?
Clients who need to cancel their session prior to 24-48 hours of their scheduled appointment will have the opportunity to credit their service to a rescheduled date. Clients who are considered a "No-Show" ( not showing up , not cancelling, or rescheding their appt will be charged for their full service without treatment)
How do I schedule Pre-paid Special Offer Services?
Wellness Offer participants should select The Wellness Offer Option within the "Book Now" page to schedule either their "pre-paid 65 or 95-minute" service. Please do not hesitate to call for scheduling assistance.
What do I wear during my session?
For a session, clients may remain clothed or undress to their comfort level since RSB will adhere to regulations regarding appropriate client draping at all times respecting both the client and therapist. Any act of disrespect will result in an immediate end to the session at the client’s expense.
What should be done prior to my session?
Before a session, the client should ensure the completion of their session payment, review provided policies, accurately complete the Client Intake Form or customized sign in sheet prior to service.
Who should not receive a session?
Any individual who has had a fever in the last 72 hours; an illness or condition that is a contraindication for treatment; an individual under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and Individuals who needs a physician’s clearance to receive treatment. Any client condition of concern should be disclosed to the therapist via an electronic client intake form.
How do I prepare my location for a RSB Mobile Event Session?
The Client Host should provide a 12' X 35' cleared opened space to park the RSB Unit. All permissions to utilize the space must be gained prior to the event if necessary.
What is expected of the host during a group session?
The Host and Guest should refrain from unlawful activities and illegal drug use/excessive alcohol during the Group session event.
What are the age restrictions to receive a session?
Age is not a restriction to receive a session. All minors (under Age 16) must be accompanied by an adult. Any client needing supervision or assistance should be accompanied by their caregiver.
Are group sessions unisex or co-ed?
Group sessions may be either unisex or co-ed since each client receives a separate private treatment.
How can I schedule a group session larger than 6 OR increase the standard group session time?
Corporate events, Group Sessions larger than 6, or requests for additional group session treatment time should be discussed by requesting a meeting via our contact page. (Corporate groups should request a sales meeting)
